1. Who provides the content

investment.tips is operated by Investry Analytics LLC, in partnership with Weisert Investments, a Registered Investment Advisor. Investry Analytics LLC operates the platform and your customer relationship. Weisert Investments is the source of the investment recommendations and educational content delivered through the service; its chief strategist is Roy Weisert, Ph.D., a CFP® professional.

investment.tips is the platform. It is not itself a Registered Investment Advisor. The advisory function lives with Weisert Investments.

2. Investment adviser registration

The recommendations and educational content delivered through investment.tips are sourced from Weisert Investment Services, Inc. (CRD# 1116760), an investment adviser registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. Registration as an investment adviser does not imply any particular level of skill or training, and it does not mean that any government agency has approved, endorsed, or reviewed the recommendations or content delivered through the service.

3. Not investment advice

The recommendations and content delivered through the service are educational and general in nature. They are not individualized to your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs, and they are not a recommendation that any particular security, product, or strategy is suitable for you. Using the service does not create an investment-advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and Investry Analytics LLC, investment.tips, or Weisert Investments.

Recommendations reflect objective analysis and research and are not investment advice. All investment decisions are your responsibility. investment.tips never accesses your accounts. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. You execute your own trades

investment.tips delivers recommendations; you decide whether and how to act on them, and you place any trades yourself at your own brokerage. We do not access your brokerage accounts, hold or custody your assets, manage your money, or place trades on your behalf, and we have no discretionary authority over any account of yours. Every investment decision — whether to buy, sell, hold, how much, and when — is yours alone.

Brokerage compatibility. The service is designed to work at any brokerage that allows the trading cadence a given strategy requires. Brokerages such as Fidelity, Schwab, Robinhood, tastytrade, E*TRADE, and many others are examples of execution venues you might use; they are not partners of, and are not endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by, investment.tips. You are responsible for confirming that your brokerage supports the trades you choose to make.

5. Investment risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. The value of investments can go down as well as up. No recommendation or content delivered through the service is a guarantee of any particular outcome, return, or performance, and there is no assurance that any strategy will achieve its objective or avoid losses.

Where a strategy carries product-specific risks, those risks are disclosed to you in connection with that strategy, and you should review those disclosures before relying on the strategy.
